I'm Lauren, the lead Certified Scrum Master for the LTA Group's Justice Zone Division. While my career spans decades as a seasoned media personality since the '80s, it was my personal journey that led to the establishment of my 21st-century lawfully oriented Scrum Master Consulting Firm.

Amidst an unlawful divorce proceedings, I found myself engulfed in a disheartening narrative of corruption, where my rights were consistently denied with malice and without remorse. Witnessing the breach of oaths by court officers and their blatant indifference to concealing their wrongdoing, I relied on my background in conflict management and negotiations, along with a minor in Law, to navigate the ordeal.

The Birth of the Legal Engagement Assistance Program (LEAP)
Out of my personal agony emerged the Legal Engagement Assistance Program (LEAP). Leveraging my media background and specialized educational skill set, LEAP was conceived as a response to my own suffering. Since then, my commitment has been unwavering—to spare others from enduring similar injustices within our legal system.
What began as a personal endeavor has evolved into a comprehensive justice advocacy initiative. From providing legal engagement assistance to offering support and guidance, our mission at the LTA Group is clear: to empower individuals to navigate the legal landscape with confidence and integrity.
How Did a Media Personality Become a Legal Engagement Coach & Justice Advocate?

The answer lies in my roots—hailing from Baltimore, Maryland, where resilience is ingrained in our spirit. When faced with significant injustice that not only affected me but also my children, I refused to succumb without a fight. Drawing upon my talents, skills, and education, I embarked on a journey to challenge the injustice head-on.
As a skilled conflict resolution specialist with a minor in Law and over three decades of experience excelling in broadcast media, I possessed a unique set of tools. Through professional discourse in the media, I endeavored to shed light on the loopholes and injustices prevalent within the legal system. This firsthand understanding transformed my pain into purpose.

The Scrum Master's Agile Approach in Legal Engagement:
Amidst the daunting challenges faced during my legal battle, I often felt like David confronting Goliaths—judges, lawyers, and trust officers presenting fraudulent acts in court. It was during this time that I recognized the power of an agile method and Scrum Master framework.

I took a rigid and inflexible judicial process system and devised small winning strategies within my path to justice. While this approach required patience, maintaining a focused mindset and celebrating incremental victories along the way proved pivotal. Instead of dwelling on their ill-gotten successes, I employed micro moves to dismantle weak arguments and highlight procedural violations.
Through strategic maneuvers, I gradually gained procedural ground, exposed lies, and unveiled fraudulent acts. As the opposition began to retreat, I realized the significance and power of incremental victories. This agile methodology and Scrum Master framework became the cornerstone of my business, guiding every aspect of our approach.
